Return Policies No returns accepted an any special order parts. All other products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Online purchases have to be shipped back to Kamaltech. Please call us (815-254-0950) immediately to obtain a return authorization (RMA), and then ship the product back.
Warranties: Most products come with 1 year parts and labor warranty; except noted otherwise with the product. Refurbished PCs, Laptops and Printer/Copiers come with 90 Days warranties, unless noted otherwise.
Shipping: We only ship within USA. We DO NOT ship to Canada or any other country. Most products we ship will have shipping insurance (unless noted otherwise). If you do not receive your package, please call us immediately at 815-254-0950.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any information with any one at all. Our Credit Card processing is handled by paypal and they collect the necessary information from our customer directly. Paypal does not share any of customer’s credit sensitive data with us.
